RoHS豁免 LED中鎘
2010.2.26,歐盟在官方公報上公布委員會決定2010/122/EU,鑒于對LED中的鎘進行替代,在技術上還不成熟,決定對其進行豁免。至此,RoHS指令附錄(即豁免清單)條款,增加至第39條。

1. Mercury in compact fluorescent lamps not exceeding 5 mg per lamp 小型日光燈中的汞含量不得超過5毫克/燈
2. Mercury in straight fluorescent lamps for general purposes not exceeding: halophosphate 10 mg,

2009底,歐盟議會議員提出一份修訂報告,針對
要充分了解熟悉RoHS指令的豁免清單和豁免期限,提高合理利用豁免規則的意識,積極為自己的產品申請豁免以爭取更寬闊的生存空間;
加強供應商采購控制管理,盡可能要求提供原材料成分聲明,采購達到RoHS要求的元器件和原材料,對不確定的供應商材料要進行內外部測試,確保不摻雜有害物質以符合申請豁免條件;
豁免項目針對的是產品中的特定有害物的應用,而非整個產品被豁免,如一零部件中焊料中的鉛是符合RoHS指令的,但不代表該零部件產品就能被豁免,同一部件中仍不能含有其它限制形式的鉛或其它五種被限制物質。
據悉,歐盟暫定2010.5.4,對RoHS修訂報告進行一讀程序,5.18進行全體會議。
