性能優異：大幅度提升印刷品色彩飽和度和光亮度，粘接力強，吃粉能力強，有效防止了印刷品在模切、凹凸后起泡和脫膜。啞光預涂膜還能適應覆膜后的局部UV上光、燙印、網印、磨砂等工藝。
操作簡便：只需熱輥溫度符合要求，即可隨時覆膜，無需專業技巧。
高效節能：覆膜時省卻了調膠、上膠、加熱、烘干等程序，提高效率，降低成本。
適應機型廣：本產品適應于干式覆膜機使用，原有的溶劑覆膜機只需將上膠和加熱烘干裝置關閉即可使用，無需改動原設備。

Environmentally friendly: It is environmentally friendly, non-hazardous to health and safe to use as no toxic gases or volatile content is emitted. Safely in laminating process as no solvent based adhesive is used.
High function: Compared with other solvent lamination, our film is better in clarity and bonding. Strong ability of absorbing powder. It prevents lamination from being pressed, bubbled and shredded off easily. Matt thermal lamination film is good for spot UV and hot stamping.
Easy handling: It is easy to operate once the required temperature is met and no special technique required.
Efficient and energy-saving: Production cost is reduced substantially as there is no film wastage, mixture of adhesive solvent, and no UV heating lamp is required.
Adaptable to different kinds of machines: This film is recommended to be used in dry laminator. Small adjustments need to be made to the machine if the film is used in wet laminator.

覆膜設備：干式、濕式覆膜機
熱輥溫度：一般印刷品：85~100℃
          特殊印刷品：100~110℃
壓力：10-20Mpa
速度：5-10 m/min
備注：特殊印刷品是指油墨厚度、色澤深、水份重、紙張定量大的印刷品。

三、使用指引：
1． 請根據不同紙張及油墨情況調整壓輥壓力和熱輥溫度。
2． 如果第一次使用本產品，或更改印刷材料，工藝條件等，建議先做小批量試驗，在決定大批量使用。
3． 下列情況，有可能影響覆膜效果：
a. 使用金屬油墨
b. 油墨中含有過量的石蠟、干燥油、去粘劑、硅類添加劑等
c. 油墨層過厚
d. 油墨未完全干透
e. 紙張濕度大
f. 噴粉過量

Application manual:
1． Adjust rller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.
2． When using the film for the first tiome or changing to orher sizes. We recommend a small trial volume before going into fully mass lamination.
3． The following situation will affect the quality of the film during lamination.
a. When using metal ink
b. When the ink contains too much wax, dried oil, adhesive, and silicon additive. etc.
c. When the ink is too thick
d. When the ink is not completely dry
e. When the paper contains too much moisture
f. When there is too much powder
