碳鋼網(wǎng)片Carbon steelmesh：

按制造要求分為軟邊網(wǎng)片和硬邊網(wǎng)片，網(wǎng)片采用優(yōu)質(zhì)Q195或Q235碳鋼經(jīng)冷拔機(jī)組將毛胚盤條冷拔成客戶要求線徑（最小線徑可達(dá)3.0mm），將冷拔好的鋼絲經(jīng)過校平機(jī)校平再經(jīng)過自動(dòng)切割機(jī)切割成客戶要求的長(zhǎng)度尺寸。將切割好長(zhǎng)度尺寸的鋼絲放在專用模具里（以根據(jù)客戶要的網(wǎng)目尺寸做好模具），經(jīng)過半自動(dòng)焊機(jī)焊接而成網(wǎng)片，再經(jīng)過最后一道修邊機(jī)修邊后，軟邊網(wǎng)片就可最左而成。如要加工硬邊網(wǎng)片，可將軟邊網(wǎng)片焊接在外框上（外框一般采用方管或圓管制作，將方管或圓管按客戶要求的尺寸焊接而成），就可制作成硬邊網(wǎng)片。

場(chǎng)地隔離網(wǎng)的立柱采用圓管或方管制作，將方管和圓管按客戶要求的高度尺寸切割而成。

在做好的網(wǎng)片及立柱上焊接連接用的連接耳。就可制作成半成品。

最后將制作好的辦成經(jīng)過表面處理（可采用鍍鋅、噴塑、浸塑），就可包裝、發(fā)貨。
