一、適用范圍：
ZH-A20電腦組合秤應用于高速高精度定量稱重包裝系統。適合各種顆粒狀、片狀、條狀、球狀等物料的快速定量稱重。如糖果、水果（葡萄干、棗子…）、堅果（核桃、開心果…）、寵物食品、炒貨食品（瓜子、花生…）、膨化食品（薯片、蝦條…）、冷凍食品（湯圓、餃子…）、五金件、塑料膠粒等。
二、主要特點:
1.快速稱重時振動器能根據不同目標重量值自動調整振動量，使下料更均勻，組合率更高。
2.采用高精度數字式稱重傳感器和AD模塊進行準確計量。
3.可更改的信號CAN口和出錯自診斷功能，極大的提高故障排除的時間，提高效率。
4. 能根據被計量物的特性，細微調整料斗門的開合速度及開門角度，防止卡料。
5. 組合稱重時可選擇設置為多次下料和依次下料，避免膨松物料堵塞下料口。
6. 具備“自動選別”、“一拖二”功能的集料處理系統可直接排除不合格產品，并直接處理2臺包裝機發出的放料信號。
7. 所有與物料接觸部件全部采用不銹鋼，干凈衛生, 全密封防水型設計防止了外物的侵入且清潔方便。
8.可以同時稱重兩種不同的物料，可以同時設置2種不同參數。
9. 根據不同的操作者設置不同權限，方便管理。
10. 可根據客戶要求使用中/英/西等多種語言操作系統。

Ⅰ.Application
ZH-A20 is developedfor precise and high-speed quantitative weighing packaging system. It issuitable for weighing material of grain, stick, slice, globose, irregular shapesuch as candy, fruits, nut, pet food, roasted seeds, puffed food, frozen food,small hardware.
Ⅱ.Mainfunction
1. Vibrator modifies the amplitude basingon different target to make material down more equably and get highercombination rate.
2. High precise digital weighing sensor andAD module have been developed.
3. Can port with signal modifiable andfunction of error self-check will lower the problem solving time and bring highefficiency.
4. Modify hopper open speed and open anglebasing on the characteristics of measured material can prevent materialblocking the hopper.
5. Multi-time drop and succeeding dropmethods can be selected to prevent puffed material blocking the hopper.
6. Material collecting process system withdifference automatic identified and one drag two function can remove unqualifiedproduct and deal with material drop signals from two packaging machines.
7. Components which touch the material areall manufactured with stainless steel. Hermetic and waterproof design has beenadopted for preventing particles entering and cleaning easily.
8. Machine can weigh 2 different productssimultaneously with different parameters.
9. Different authority can be set for differentoperator, which is for easy management.
