HSNH系列三螺桿泵是無(wú)脈動(dòng)軸向輸送具有一定潤(rùn)滑性介質(zhì)的定量容積式低壓轉(zhuǎn)子泵，適于輸送燃料油、潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、礦物油等油類(lèi)和具有潤(rùn)滑性的流動(dòng)性液體。所輸送的介質(zhì)中不得含有任何磨料顆粒和對(duì)泵材料有腐蝕的物質(zhì)。HSNH系列三螺桿泵由特殊型線（擺線）構(gòu)成的螺旋型面，當(dāng)電機(jī)或馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)主動(dòng)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，其不斷運(yùn)動(dòng)的各個(gè)密封腔室逐漸形成真空，液體在大氣壓的作用下由吸入口吸入并沿軸向連續(xù)、無(wú)脈動(dòng)的輸送到排出口，無(wú)攪拌、乳化現(xiàn)象。形成排出壓力的能力取決于系統(tǒng)負(fù)載和螺桿密封腔的數(shù)量，同時(shí)也與輸送介質(zhì)的粘度以及驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速也有一定的關(guān)系。
