生產消火栓箱設備生產工藝：
人工上料—放料系統—校平機—伺服送料系統—沖孔系統—成型主機—液壓切斷—自動折框系統—收料--機器人自動焊接，電氣系統等組成。
我公司生產的消防栓箱成型設備整套自動生產線改變了加工消火栓箱箱體靠剪板折彎手工制作的傳統生產工藝，采用四邊一次成型工藝。
（生產工藝：自動送料、沖孔、封邊、折彎、成型、一次完成）。消火栓箱殼體高度、寬度、深度隨意變化，快速調整，生產工藝無廢料，一個人即可操作生產。大量減少了焊接和打磨工序，節省了人工,提高了生產效率。
