第五條安全出產委員會責任
Fifth responsibilities of the Safety Commission
1、仔細貫徹執行《中華人民共和國安全出產法》國家有關勞動保護的政策、政策和法令、法規。

2、建立或審定安全出產，文明出產的規章制度，并監督查看各出產單位安全出產作業的執行情況。

3、安排開展安全出產競賽，審定安全出產，文明出產先進事跡與獎勵方法。

第六條擔任宣揚“安全第一、預防為主、綜合治理”的安全出產政策。對企業職工進行安全訓練，對新職工及時安排入廠安全教育訓練，查核合格后方可分配到班組。
