SABER認證流程：

第一階段：PC（產(chǎn)品認證）/ Stage 1: PC certificate (product certification)
第1步，進口商注冊SABER系統(tǒng)（Saber.sa）賬號或者聯(lián)系我們辦理注冊；importers register SABER system account or contact us for registration free;
第2步，進口商向SABER系統(tǒng)輸入申請PC的產(chǎn)品信息；importer inputs product information of PC application to SABER system;
第3步，進口商在SABER系統(tǒng)中選擇認證機構(gòu)（因為每個認證機構(gòu)要求都不相同，建議與我們進行提前確認，以免造成付款了證書辦理不出來的情況）；the importer selects the certification body in the SABER system (since each certification body has different requirements, it is recommended to confirm with us in advance, so as not to cause the payment done but failure of the certificate);
第4步，在線支付PC費用；online payment of PC certificate fees;
第5步，發(fā)證機構(gòu)收到申請，聯(lián)系出口商提供認證文件（重要文件之一：TR檢測報告，委托我們進行測試）；the CB receives the application and contacts the exporter to provide the certification documents (one of the important documents is TR Test report, which can be entrusted to us.);
第6步，發(fā)證機構(gòu)提交審核通過的文件至SABER系統(tǒng)；CB submits approved documents to SABER system;
第8步，頒發(fā)PC，有效期1年。issue PC certificate with validity of 1 year.

第二階段：SC（貨運）Stage 2: SC certificate (shipment certificate)
1，進口商向SABER系統(tǒng)提交SC申請；importer submits SC application to SABER system;
2，發(fā)證機構(gòu)確認PC證書的有效性；the CB confirms the validity of the PC certificate;
3，支付SC認證費；pay SC certification fee
4，簽發(fā)SC，證書只針對該批次進口的貨物。 issue of SC certificate only for one shipment.
